How to make this happen?
Side Plank
Lie on your side and prop your body up on one arm. Lift your hips off the ground until you form a straight line from head to toe. Hold for 10-30 seconds and then switch sides.
Straight Leg Raise
Lie on your back with your arms at your sides, palms down. Keeping both legs straight, lift them about six inches off the ground and hold for 10 seconds before lowering them back down. Repeat 10 times.
Reverse Crunch
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor in front of you, arms at your sides, palms down (same starting position as for straight leg raise).
With abs tight, curl up, lifting shoulders off the ground as far as possible without lifting hips or bending knees; slowly lower back to the original position and repeat.
